Sometimes you don’t need a custom design but you don’t have the knowledge or time to build your own website from scratch. This is why we created the DIY Package where you can have a professional website without any of the hassle and cost.

We set up all the hosting, email addresses, security, CMS and everything else in between and all you have to do is choose a template that suits you and edit the text and images. As you build confidence and your business grows you can simply change and update the design yourself with a easy to use visual builder all built in from the start. We also give you access to tutorial videos and guides.

We like to build trust with our clients and pride ourselves on being honest, realistic and transparent. Below are some common questions we receive but if you cant find anything you need then just get in touch.
How quick is the design process?
We can get a basic site up and running within a week but if you have a complex site with lots of customisation and content it take much longer. The time usually depends on how quickly you can get content to us for each page rather than our design and development costs. Unlike some web design companies we take the extra time to ensure your website is search engine friendly and runs as fast as possible on all devices.
Are there any extra costs?
The only extra costs from the above packages are your annual hosting charge of £130 per year to securely store your website on our fast UK servers.
Can I manage the website myself and make changes myself?
We give you complete access and control to the WordPress content management system so you can manage every aspect of your website if you wish. This includes colour and layout changes, new users, new pages and text and image edits. Or, if you prefer, we can manage the website for you and make any changes you wish with one of support and maintenance packages.
We already have a website can you use our existing content?
Yes of course. We can transfer any content from your existing website for free.
What are you payment terms?
Typically we ask for 50% up front and 50% upon completion. If the agreed launch date is delayed due to the client not providing content the final 50% is still due.
What are you payment options?
We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal only.
I am ready to get started what do you need?
If you are ready to proceed with one of the design packages above simply click get started and fill out the form. We will then give you a call to further discuss your requirements and learn more about your business and target market. After initial payment we then create a couple of homepage designs for you until you are happy to proceed with the development of the whole website. Whilst we are developing your site we ask you to draft the content for each page so that we can add to the website. Once you are happy with everything and made any final changes we continue to do our final testing and launch on the agreed date.  Online training is provided on how to manage the website or for a small fee we can do training for you and your staff on how to properly manage your new website. If you prefer you can leave the technical and marketing side of things to us and take up one of our cost effective maintenance plans. Take a look at our services page for more info.
